A native of San Francisco, Ethan started his career and passion in the travel/tourism industry in 1998 after 11years of Retail Operations Management. Working with one of the top Virtuoso travel agencies, Strong Travel Services, Dallas, TX, he developed close relationships with his executive clients, provided exclusive, leisure travel experiences, and maintained a large network of global vendors. Missing the "City by the Bay," Ethan returned to San Francisco in 2006, as a Hotel Sales Manager but has been loving his current title and role as Guest Service Teammate with Virgin America since October 2007.

Inspired by every client he meets, he ensures expectations are fulfilled and enjoys working with people that are innovative and creative. His favorite mission statement, taken from his "early years:" "BE INFORMED, BE INVOLVED, MAKE A DIFFERENCE!"
